Hostel Aliste's humble guide to tapas bars and restaurants in Madrid.

Many of the clients accomodated in our hostel in the centre of Madrid request us reccomendations about places for eating in the centre of Madrid, not only tapas but other typical Spanish food, where we have a huge variety; from the fishes and meat from the north, the cold soups of the south, the Iberican Ham of the west or the Paella typical in the east of Spain. Among, of course, a wide selection of international food restaurants, from italian pasta to chinese, lebanese, cuban, etc.

This is the reason why we decided to create this guide. This list is a small compilation of only some spare places near our hostel in the centre of Madrid. We wanted to mark out that these reccomendations are strictly personal opinions and that, in any case, is this an advertised guide. Actually, none of these places know we reccomend them!
